Dr. Bolus is not a good doctor. A halfway decent doctor would never tell a patient, “I don’t care.” Regardless of what the patient was even talking about. When she told me that, I told her that seeing her was a mistake and that I was leaving. She said ,”no, don’t, come back, I want to feel your neck.” That’s it. Upon leaving her office and calling billing to reverse the visit charges, they informed me that Dr Bolus lied on my report from that day and that she attempted to calm me. She lied to cover her own behind from her gross behavior. I am hopeful that patient liaison will assist me in rectifying this woman’s false report. I was indeed anxious during my visit, bolus saw that the moment she walked in. She made no acknowledgment of that until it benefited her in a report. She doesn’t care about patients unless they’re one of her lucky long term patients. If you’ve never seen her before, don’t start now.

An Interventional Radiologist is offering pudendal nerve cryoablation to treat my severe left scrotal pain. I've had 2 100% successful nerve blocks done at the ischial spine. He wants to do a block at the Alcock's Canal, then treat there. But that's distal to my previous blocks AND to the most common entrapment location for that nerve - the spot where the sacrospinus and sacrotuberous ligaments cross. Apparently all ablation types get done that way. This doesn't make sense to me and I can't talk to this doctor until the day I fly there for the block. What am I missing?

The nauseating overuse of "miracle" needs to stop. This outcome is because educated people did what they know how to do. We need to stop praising this as somehow beyond our ability or control. There are no supernatural forces at work. Of course even when everyone reacts well the outcome may still be poor but that's because we have not yet overcome nature (and never will). Knowing what epidural hematomas are and the symptoms and how to react to them is a result of learning and planning and reacting. Nothing miraculous.

I do not know anything about the above doctor/person, other than he or she is associated with MUSC. This post has nothing to do with them personally. It does have to do with their employer and a MUSC “doctor.” What I do know is that MUSC will go to great lengths to have your comments removed from other websites, and disable the ability to leave comments on You Tube that pertain to one of their doctors. Apparently MUSC has an aversion to the truth. I left a negative, but factual review, for Aravind Viswanathan on You Tube and another website. They are now both gone. He practices as a urologist in Lancaster SC and is also associated with MUSC. He injured me during a catheterization (at his insistence) on Oct 6th of 2023. It was the most painful experience I have ever had in my life. Because of it, I have been in pain ever since. He even tried to sign me up for TURP surgery without ever having examined me. When I asked about the less invasive MIST surgery… he said it was “just advertising.” Really? I read about it on the Mayo Clinic website. I filed a complaint against him with the Office of Investigations and Enforcement in Columbia over a month ago. He has ignored them so far. I am now on pain killers and Gabapetin for possible nerve damage. Nerve damage can last a very long time, or may never go away at all. All I’m saying is if someone says that you need a procedure done… stop and get a second opinion. And don’t trust all the reviews you read… especially when you have somebody like MUSC manipulating them. *** Attn: MUSC… You better get used to this, as I am never going to stop. I will keep finding ways to get the word out on what happened. You can block me on YT and I will just create another account. I will soon be sending out letters to other medical facilities near your hospitals and tell them what happened. That is a LOT of places. You don’t just get to walk away from what your “doctor” did to me. ***

You don’t just get to walk away from what your “doctor” did to me. ***
